Pro Bono: Taproot Foundation Project Manager - Part 1
My pro bono Taproot Foundation project team completed the Delivery, Assessment, and Closing phases Thursday night according to the Ernst & Young devised methodology (the current Project Management Institute equivalent is the Executing and Controlling phase combined with the Closing phase) executed for our nonprofit client in the Chicago Loop since April, 2009.
