Lowe's Event Log Issues

Looks like the Lowe's event log is having some issues: I received a delivery notice an hour ago for a new range that was already delivered 6 months ago. At first I thought that perhaps this was an inadvertently sent duplicate event, but in checking my own log (i.e. my email account) the last notification I received from Lowe's for this order was 6 months ago, indicating that the order was scheduled for delivery. Time to revisit their Apache Kafka implementation (or whatever product they are using).
