Google Phone Process Improvement

Last weekend, I spent some time at the Apple store in nearby Oak Brook. Several customers around the table at which I was standing (I was not a customer) were getting help with various iPad and iPhone issues, with one customer very openly upset that he had been asked by staff to move between 5 different tables while he was waiting. I made a comment to the table that it seemed ironic that the only device in working order at the table was my reliable Google phone (Nexus 6) – which I actually ended up lending to one of the customers to call Apple because the staff at the store couldn't help!
